Just me and me...

Emmm...fav pose hahaha....

I am known to just take pictures of myself when I have nothing better to do...catch me and me smirking into the camera...actually its just one of those slow days...and I'm not too bad at taking pictures of myself isn't....

That's me cross-legged in the computer lab at college.

Emmmm....trying to control 'ayu' kut hahaha....

After coming back from a kenduri, well I thought I'd give myself a snap....just me and my picture phone...

Me and me

These are my UMS (Uni M'sia Sabah) futsal boys...I actually forced them into taking part with me...(my usual m.o. ; ) ) It was suppose to be a mix, meaning I was the only mix so I had to play through all the matches...hey hey hey we got 3rd place. I am suppose to give them a treat, emmm I still owe them that treat.

This female student was another student who fell prey to my insistence that we entered a 'menghias dulang pengantin' competition... This was during our Extravaganza Day. It was a celebration of multi ethnic groups so I had to wear the sari as I was involved in a mix culture wedding ceremony...emmm I have forgotten that girl's name...

See this nice Indian lady by the name of Padmini is wearing the kurung while I'm wearing the sari...nice huh...

Over the time that I have left my blog I did quite a few activities at the college...well, knowing me I am a fun loving person bend on having fun hahaha... I'm not sure when I will stop having fun with my students, maybe when I retire. But people say when you are around young people it keeps you young, well young at heart at least : ) I guess I am lucky to be surrounded by my students...hahaha...they keep me young.

This is my friend Eea,we were at Ulu Yam for a picnic...my kids were around somewhere...

My Futsal Girls and me...

The team and I...

My team...

On the pitch at the Shah Alam Extreme park...
The one in black and jeans is our trainer...

Training session with the girls...

To tell you the truth I know nothing of soccer or futsal but I couldn't pass on the opportunity of entering my SPK (early childhood education certificate students) girls for the futsal tournament. And the reality is they have never kicked a ball in their life...so they are actually doing it for my sake (actually I forced them!!!!) .... hahaha.... We had one day of practice the day before the tournamant, that's it and let the game begin...

After a long neglect

It has been awhile that I have not been putting anything into my blog but I guess it's about time I fill it again...I have since last accumulated tonnes of pictures which I would like to post it in my blog...just me, my colleagues and students doing this and that...hahaha....

...of simple things in life

When I was a young woman and naive in the ways of the world, all that I dream of was of luxuries and an easy life. I wanted big cars, big houses, ostentacious jewelery, dinners in luxury hotels...well, basically the life in the fast lane. As a young woman I thought when you have all that it means you would have accomplished a major part in your life.
But then I grew older and wiser... I have childeren... I went through a 'roller coaster' ride in my life... things happened that changed my perspective in life and I began to look at the reality of life in a different light. I began to find solace in the simpler things in life, especially in the beauty that the Al Mighty has lay out for us to enjoy. I began to love the joy of watching sunsets and sunrise with my better half, I enjoy spending time doing my gardening and watching my plants bloom. The sound of the windchimes is a beautiful sonate to my ears. The sound of the birds, the waves, the feel of the breeze are all never taken for granted...all these makes me glad that I am alive and well. We must all take time to enjoy such things lest we forget our purpose in this borrowed world...
